Terms of Use

Your use of the Clippat software means you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Software.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes
• Access all features included in your license type
• Receive updates throughout the duration of your license

Lifetime licenses provide access to the Software for the lifetime of the product, including all future updates and features.

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure you have the necessary rights to process any content you use with the Software
• Keep your license information confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software or your license
• Use the Software to violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use automated systems to access the Software in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems

The Software, including all code, graphics, user interfaces, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• License activation occurs after successful payment verification
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing licenses

New users receive a free 7-day trial when they first sign in. The trial provides full access to all features of the Software. After the trial period expires, you need to purchase a lifetime license to continue using Clippat.

The trial period lasts 7 days from the date of activation.

If you purchase a license during or after the trial period, your license will be upgraded to a lifetime license.

Only one trial per user account is allowed. Trial licenses cannot be extended or renewed.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase through your dashboard. To request a refund:

1. Log in to your dashboard
2. Navigate to the refund request section
3. Submit a refund request

Refund requests are reviewed within 5–10 business days, and approved amounts are returned to the original payment method.

Repurchasing after a refund requires approval from our support team.

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Software and services may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Unforeseen technical issues
• Third-party service outages
• Force majeure events

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service unavailability.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We may terminate or suspend your license and access to the Software immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

You may also terminate this agreement at any time by requesting account deletion from your dashboard.

Upon termination, your right to use the Software will cease immediately, and you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
